At this point Terry suggested we move about 100 feet to our right as maybe a different view would be good. I was thinking, he’s lost his mind. I’ve looked over, under and around every rock and tree on the straight up and down mountain in front of us and didn’t see a single ram. Terry had left his spotting scope a 100 feet behind us and was looking through binoculars. He said, “There’s a deer. Let me use your spotting scope.” Once he got focused he said, “It’s not deer. They’re rams! There’s one ram and another, and Dennis, you need to see this big guy!”
